Martin Aldridge's signature Dorset Plaits are to Dorset what Cornish pasties are to Cornwall. Not forgetting his superb sausage rolls and lots of other gorgeous pies.

2008 Taste of Dorset Award winners Else's Butchers, from just round the corner in Stalbridge High Street, where they have been supplying local (and not so local) people with quality fresh meat for many years. Julian Else works in the store at our fresh butchery counter, serving up locally-sourced Beef, Pork and Lamb from Dorset and Somerset, as well as Poultry and an excellent range of Game. Pre-packed meat is also available for customers in a rush!
