Mask of the Week competition!

Enter our Mask of the Week Competition to win money for good causes! 

This is the winning picture from last week, sent in by Mum Charlotte, of her daughter Amelia, age 3, on the beach outside out shop – and there's a £100 cheque on its way to Stalbridge PreSchool as a result.

Simply take a selfie in your mask outside the shop and we'll pick a winning photo each week. If you are the lucky winner, your nominated local good cause will receive £100 from our Making A Difference Locally charity fund. The competition will run for six weeks, meaning that six local good causes will each benefit from a £100 windfall from our Fund!

Your picture might show an interesting mask design, a home-made face covering, or a quirky pose with your mask on, but it must be taken outside our shop (please be aware of traffic and show consideration to other customers when taking your picture, and keep a safe distance of two metres at all times.)

Please also tell us which good cause you would like to nominate. Every Monday, we will announce a lucky winner and start a new Mask of the Week competition.

The NISA Making A Difference Locally fund is a charity that supports local good causes. The money is raised by our customers choosing to buy certain specially marked products in-store. Each time they purchase one of these items, the supplier donates a small sum to the fund. It may only be pennies, but it soon adds up – over the past decade, we have been able to donate almost £30,000 to local charities and groups in North Dorset and South Somerset.
 

Terms and Conditions: Entrants must be aged 13 or over. Winners will be required to confirm that they are either: a) 18 and over and agree for for their name and picture to be used for for publicity purposes on social media and on our website; or b) if aged 13 to 17, state their age and supply written permission from a parent or guardian for their name and picture to be used for for publicity purposes on social media and on our website.

The Mask of the Week competition will run over a six-week period, with six winners each getting to nominate their chosen local good cause. You can enter as many times as you like over the six weeks, but the picture must be taken outside our Stalbridge store.

When taking your selfie, please be considerate of other customers wishing to enter the store and keep a two metre distance. Selfies can feature more than one person if you are in the same household or bubble.

The nominated good cause needs to be a recognised local charity, community group or society, school, sports club or not-for-profit organisation that benefits local people or the local community. The Dike & Son Management Team will decide on the eligibility of the recipient of the £100 from the NISA Making a Difference Locally fund and their decision will be final.
