Cake mix to make a Velvety Vanilla Cake


Serves 12 or makes 24 cupcakes


Just add: 60ml vegetable oil (4 tbsp), 180ml water, 3 medium free range eggs, 1 tub of Betty Crocker Vanilla or Buttercream Style Icing


Use 2 x 8" well-greased cake tins (or 2 x regular size muffin trays & cupcake cases)
