For a full on fire grilled flavour, we baste our chicken join with a thick, sweet marinade before cookin it low 'n' slow. Then we cook it BBQ style over flames hard 'n' fast for some tasty burnt edges and to seal in those flavours. We slice it fine for tasty shavings, full of our hell yeah fire & smoke flavour.
